Cancellation Policy

A credit card or gift card number is required to reserve your appointments. We appreciate a 24 hour notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid a full service charge to your credit or gift card. Payment will be charged at the end of your service.

Spa Attire and Etiquette

Robes and slippers are a courtesy for you to use in the spa during your visit. Brand new robes are available for purchase in our retail store.

Arrivals and Facilities

Please arrive 15-30 minutes in advance to allow time to change into a robe, complete our Guest Pre-Treatment Form, enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and cookies. With complimentary access to Unionville Athletic Club’s amenities we encourage you to bring a swimsuit and workout attire to enjoy the facilities before or after your services. Squash available at an additional cost, based on availability.

Taxes and Gratuities

13% HST will be added to your services and packages. Gratuities are at the discretion of the guest. Between 15% and 20% of the service value is customary. For groups of 10 or less, 13% HST and an automatic 15% gratuity will be added. For groups of 10+, 13% HST and an automatic 20% gratuity will be added. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Age

This is an adult-oriented atmosphere; therefore we are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years, unless accompanied by a parent.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are not refundable, not transferable or redeemable for cash/credit. 

Your Health

Before your service, you may be required to complete a Guest Pre-Treamtent Form to safeguard your well-being and comfort. eforea spa assures and maintains confidentiality of the strictest standards.

Private Events and Parties

All group bookings or spa parties require one week notice for any changes or cancellations or a 100% service fee charge will be applied for any no-shows or late cancellations.
