How to Get the Most of Your Visit
Leave your electronics, cell phone, camera, jewelry and worries in your locker and your valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items. All clients receiving a treatment are required to complete a health history form. This form needs to be updated on a yearly basis or when there are changes in your current health or medical history.
What to Bring and Wear. A robe, footwear and a secure space to store your belongings is provided. Almost everything else you need is here: shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryers for women. Please remember to bring your hairbrush, cosmetics and any other toiletries you may need.
Swimsuits and/or robes are worn in common areas outside of change and treatment rooms. With complimentary access to Unionville Athletic Club amenities we encourage you to bring a swimsuit and workout attire to enjoy the facilities.
If you are having a pedicure, we suggest that you bring open-toed shoes so your polish doesn’t smudge before it has an opportunity to harden. Polish can be dry, but takes 24 hours to cure.
Men receiving a facial should shave at least two hours before their appointment.
For body treatments we recommend that any shaving be done the day before because it is best not to shave on the day of an exfoliation.
All our therapeutic and aromatherapy massages are performed by a registered massage therapist (RMT). Receipts are issued for insurance purposes. A guest may receive a receipt if they have personally received and paid for the treatment. Additionally, a guest must pay for the massage to receive a receipt. Please speak to a concierge to clarify any questions insurance receipts.
Guests of the spa can park in the Hotel parking lot. We ask that you leave your licence plate number with the Spa Concierge to receive free parking.
